The respiratory system is connected to AIR and is related to our willingness to fully allow life in and trust its flow moment by moment. In Chinese medicine the lungs are connected with grief. When we are grieving we are living in the past (emotionally) with regrets and losses.

This infusion is anti inflammatory and useful in both chronic bronchial or lung infection. The ingredient Mullein strengthens the lungs by moistening and softening congested matter, Hyssop opens the pores to get it in the system and Fennel pushes the waste out.
